Grilled Steak Entrecôte with Arugula & Parmigiano

Tagliata di Manzo alla Griglia con Rucola e Parmigiano

Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 2 lbs ribeye or strip steak

  • Fresh arugula

  • Parmigiano Reggiano shavings

  • Light balsamic glaze

  • Extra virgin olive oil

  • Sea salt & cracked black pepper

Method

  1. Bring steak to room temperature.

  2. Grill 3–4 minutes per side (medium rare).

  3. Rest 5–7 minutes before slicing.

  4. Serve sliced over arugula with Parmigiano shavings.

  5. Finish with olive oil and a light touch of balsamic.
