An oenological masterpiece crafted by the talent of Emiliano Falsini, one of Italy’s most esteemed winemakers, who has long guided Diadema’s winemaking expertise.

Villa L’Olmo is an elegant blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot, reaching its finest expression through an unparalleled aging process. After months spent in terracotta amphorae and barriques, the wine rests for six months in the historic Filtrating Gallery of Impruneta, hand-carved in stone in the mid-19th century to naturally purify rainwater.

This extraordinary environment provides ideal conditions for wine aging: a constant temperature of 14°C and 95% humidity, regulated exclusively by nature, ensuring a fully sustainable process.

Thanks to extensive research, the ideal aging time has been identified, imparting complexity, depth, and extraordinary elegance to the wine, while enhancing the distinctive notes of the Tuscan terroir.
