To offer maximum complexity and the full expression of its blend, this cuvée is aged for up to five years before being offered to our customers worldwide. Only the finest wines contribute to Dosage Zéro Diadema.
The Pinot Noir, making up 67% of the cuvée, imparts aromas of fresh red fruit, wild strawberries, and citrus. The remaining 33% of Chardonnay adds notes of vanilla, caramel, a hint of white almonds, yeast dough, and a touch of lime and acacia flowers. After a moment of rest in the glass, it reveals its sophisticated character.
